Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance + 25p per mile for business travel + Unlimited bonus based on performance

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our B2B Energy sales team in Wales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong focus on targets and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and manage your own schedule, being on the road from 9am onwards.

  • Secure a minimum of 12 quotable Letters of Authorization (LOAs) per week.

  • Win customers over and collaborate with the Closer to finalise deals.

  • Participate in a daily 9am WhatsApp call to discuss plans for the day.

  • Check-in twice daily (12:30pm and 3pm) using the designated app to report current working location.

  • Send a message to the manager at the end of the day with the results achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales within the B2B Energy sector.

  • Strong ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

  • Target-focused and money-oriented attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to take guidance and work collaboratively with the Closer to achieve targets.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile and exhibit a strong work ethic.
